The orientation of the property is perfectly chosen so that all the rooms of the property are exterior and south facing, in order to take advantage of the greatest number of hours of sun all year round.

The property is located in the upper part of the plot so that it has natural ventilation and draught and enjoys magnificent views of the forest.

The house is located in the exact point of the street where no vehicles circulate due to the fact that it is in the middle of the street with two exits. This provides maximum tranquillity and discretion.

From the house, you can access the sea at a distance of only 500m from the beach of Cala en Cranc.

The property has two entrances. The main one is at street level, leaving the vehicles in the parking area of the Villa, and enjoying from that moment on its fabulous open views to a wonderful pine forest. You can go down to the ground floor and first floor through a wide and very luminous staircase, or through its fabulous lift that takes the comfort and convenience of this property to the highest level.

The other access to the property is independent, giving direct access to the guest house, or this access also allows service staff to enter without the need to enter through the main rooms of the property.

The ground floor of the property consists of a large entrance hall which acts as a hallway leading to the living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.

The villa has a large and sunny living room with fireplace, with wonderful views of the forest and the infinity pool that can be enjoyed thanks to its huge windows. The orientation is completely south facing, allowing natural light all day long.

The designer kitchen, of ample dimensions and equipped with the most modern facilities, has two clearly differentiated spaces, one being the area for preparing the best possible dishes, as well as the dining area which has a wine cellar and allows you to enjoy with family and friends those unique moments that are obtained from breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. We must bear in mind that the kitchen is one of the rooms in which most time is spent in a house by all members of the family, hence the design of the kitchen has been taken into account with south orientation, fabulous views, large windows to provide maximum sunshine, a fantastic direct access to the porch with BBQ, the terrace and swimming pool.
